Ride-Hailing Platform Launch

Built and shipped a complete ride-hailing platform from scratch — backend, mobile apps, admin console, payment integration, and cloud infrastructure — and deployed it live to the App Store and Google Play.

Marketplace Scale-Up

Migrated a marketplace from a failing shared host to a properly provisioned VPS, added Redis caching, optimised database queries, and set up proper CI/CD.

Result: 99.9% uptime to 100k users

E-Commerce Deployment

Deployed a Canadian fashion brand's e-commerce store on shared hosting with Stripe CAD payments, custom templates, Zoho transactional email, and resolved domain/routing conflicts under cPanel.
